Job Descriptions
01) Conduct improvement project to reduce the brush and beading carpet usage costing on both the plants.
02) Carry out study and research on finding on suitable material other than carpet.
03) Study, design products or systems such as automated controls of machines in manufacturing process, to improve the overall process in terms of mechanical engineering and increase the overall manufacturing plant efficiency.
04) Study, research & record the research conducted and present inside R&D meeting.
05) Possess mind set of continuous process improvement to enhance productivity of the plant, quality of our product and repeatability of testing.
06) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
07) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.
Job Requirements
01) Degree in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
