Details of the offer

1. Assist by prepare all financial report eg. Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, etc.2. Any other jobs as directed by the Supervisor.3. Assist by manage the HR with advice from Supervisor.4. Ensure all the debtors and creditors transaction well managed.5. Print out transaction listing report for checking and filing purposed.6. Assist by manage HR records as per GMP/QMS requirements.7. Assist by prepare the yearly report to Account Auditor.8. Responsible to check all transaction which is done by Account Clerk.9. Responsible for calling customers to request payment and calling supplier.10. Prepare monthly report to Managing Director.11. To ensure that documents of external origin are identified and controlled for distribution.12. Backup the software accounting & stock system.13. Assist by checking all invoices14. Assist by ensure all employees is carried out the medical check-up.15. Assist supervisor as Document Controller for all the system implemented in the organization.16. Responsible to monitoring the training plan and record.17. Responsible for preparation of payment.18.
