Internship Food Technology/Halal (Qa,Qc & Halal)

**Responsibilities Food Tech**:Production QC:Responsible to perform daily quality checking of raw materials, in-process product and finished goodsTo monitor instrument calibrationAssist superior and report to superior if any non conformance product occursComplete Quality Assuarance Report or any QC documentations.RnD:Do RnD on new product developmentProvide Sensory Evaluation on new productPrepare nutrition facts, product spec, food labeling, flowchartEnsure safe and hygiene conditions, equipment are maintained in RnD lab.**Your responsibilities Halal Exec**:- Support Halal implementation processes for production and outlet Halal management system in order to be certified officially- Conduct Halal and food safety audits to ensure our partners comply with the requirement- Maintain halal certificate for all products to ensure within a valid halal certification- Any ad hoc tasks given by the management**You are**:Diploma/ Degree in Halal Management/ Halal Compliance/ Food Science and Technology/ Food Services/ Hospitality and Hotel Management or any related field.Diligent, confidential, and able to follow procedures put in placePossess own transport would be added advantageMulti-taskingCan start immediately**Job Type**: Internship**Salary**: RM300.00 - RM500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Early shift
