Job Description ? Maintenance of laptops, printers and other office devices. ? Maintenance of anti-virus and security practices. ? Installation and configuration of software. ? Maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure such as firewall, servers and Wifi. ? Able to communicate with users on support related issues. ? Organize and maintain IT resources ?
