Involvement in every aspect of the smooth running of warehouse, from producing order pick list to final dispatch of goods. Supporting and assisting with stock control of client products for various country. Active involvement with continuous improvement projects. JOB DESCRIPTION: • Produce and work from picking lists, to fulfil, pack and dispatch client orders • Processing of orders ensuring that client instructions are fully implemented • Responsible for making informed decisions in respect to shipping option available • Ensure all orders are fulfilled within specific time frames • Work in close liaison with Customer Service, Sales and externally customers and transport organizations • Ensure warehouse is always kept clean and tidy, with empty boxes flattened and stored in the correct location of the warehouse • Potential risks, problems or product defects to be reported immediately to team leader / HOD • Be pro-active on reporting to your line manager / HOD when stationery and packaging materials are running in short supply • To carry our all activities in a manner that promotes safety to yourself and your colleagues • Participate actively in continuous process improvement projects, seek ways to develop and maximize customer service levels • Ensure all business and individual key performance indicators are met • Contribute actively to achieving departmental service level and targets REQUIREMENTS: • Diploma and above n logistic, supply chain or any related field • Minimum 3 years of proven experiences in retail, wholesale, warehousing, or logistics • Good written and verbal communication in Mandarin, English & Bahasa • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, SQL & Google Dynamic System • Excellent mathematic, analytical and database management skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented person
