Role outputs: You will undertake the role of a key facilitator as an essential member of the IPO Team under the Research Consultancy Team by: Ensuring all communications relating to project kick-off, clarification from internal parties to clients as well as vice versa are handled promptly, professionally, and completely Follow-up on the above communications, whenever required Reviewing questions/comments from clients and reframe them (if necessary) so that it is clearer to the receiving party internally Reviewing questions/comments from internal parties before sending out to clients to ensure all avenues have been considered before we reach out Discuss resource management with RDD Regional Leads and gauge their concerns/proposals and communicate to Head of Research Consultancy Team with insights/suggestions for next steps (to be provided by RCT IPO Research Consultant) Reporting and relationships: You will: Report to the Head of Research Consultancy Team Interact with colleagues from other functions such as Sales, Research, Client Enablement and others as part of your role
