Job Overview
Retail IT is synonym to technology hub that provides expertise in the retail POS systems, card systems, retail automation and related technology innovations. The candidate is minimally required to have general knowledge in IT and to exhibit the willingness in learning the technical knowledge on IT especially POS, Card's systems and IT operations. The job requires extensive computer software skills in word processing, spreadsheets reporting, presentations, filing as well as internet research abilities. Analytical skill is required in stewarding the end-to-end processing of both capital and operating expenses, provide stewardship/tracking reports on expenses, vendor performance, KPI and inventory reports. The candidate is also required to perform administrative and office support activities to the group. Duties may include and not limited to screening calls, receiving and directing visitors/vendors, managing team schedule and travel, meeting and event arrangement.
Job Descriptions
IT Analysis & Reporting
Steward the end-to-end processing (requisition, ordering, delivering, goods receipt, invoicing, capitalizing etc) of cost management on CAPEX and OPEX.
Provide necessary analysis, statistics and reports on CAPEX and OPEX.
Steward and manage vendor's performance on invoicing and service delivery.
Track and ensure timely closing on all expenditures.
Work with controllers and perform asset inventory and capitalization.
Manage vendor's service level performance and steward through regular reporting on KPI.
Work with Operations team and vendors on corrective actions on degraded performance, as well as with Account Payable for compensation on degraded service level.

Prepare and present relevant reports and presentations to management.
Manage execution of vendor's contracts in term of financial and service level.
Administrative
Handling of arrangement logistics and visiting vendors.
Assist the team in scheduling and arranging meetings.
Arrange team events such as team lunch.
Available on-call from time to time to perform duties and/or assist in any work exigency.
Attend regular meetings by Retail IT and other internal groups.
Perform other related jobs/special projects that may be assigned by superiors from time to time
Requirements
Minimum Degree holder in IT field
Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT Support related job
Experience in cost and schedule planning, corporate billing process, and SAP
Knowledge in Payment Card Industry (PCI) and EMV tandards and requirements is added advantage.
