It Assistant

Job Responsibilities
Maintain computer hardware and device
Maintain and manage network device and company user’s email
Maintain and monitor daily server backup.
Maintain and update company’s website domain.
Maintain pos system, ensure data synchronize to accounting system
Manage and maintain of company file server
Maintain server availability
Manage company computer hardware and software asset
Assist in managing sales data daily synchronization
Support and troubleshoot on handheld software issue
Provide support and maintain application such as Accounting Software, Handheld System, Pos System and other software as assigned.
Provide IT technical support to retail outlet and depot
Participate in stock take project and provide technical support (hardware & software) during stock take
Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements: * Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines.
Has experience in handling POS System.
Good knowledge in e-commerce.
Hands-on working experience in IT support on computer hardware and software.
Strong knowledge in LAN/WAN network.
Strong customer service mindset.
Experience in documentation, developing operation processes and preparing of management reports will be an added advantage.
Good team player and excellent multi-tasking skills.
Experience with e-commerce platform preferred.
