Job Description Perform day-to-day Helpdesk responsibilities including responding IT requests, Troubleshooting, and new joiner On-Boarding Manage and maintain all IT Infrastructure such as Hardware, Software and Network Responsible for new equipment or product of IT system set-up and performing preventive maintenance and calibration (including project implementation and coordination) Basic network/server setup and troubleshooting Support on Installation, Maintenance, Troubleshoot on Hardware, Software, Network, Server and Printers Maintained IT Hardware, Software audit and IT Hardware disposal records Provide user guidelines to frequently problem occurred.
May required standby support after office hours during system maintenance.
Any other hoc task assigned by the Superior / Head of Department Additional Exposure as added advantage: Knowledge of Basic IT Infrastructure (PC/Notebook, printers, and peripherals).
Knowledge of the principles of client/server applications Knowledge of the Office applications and relevant product components.
Knowledge of User administration, Active Directory, and Monitoring tools.
Knowledge of Data Security concepts.
Customer-centric and service mindset.
Qualifications What distinguishes you!
Degree / Diploma in Information Technology (IT) Teamwork.
Able to collaborate well with IT colleagues and users/customers in the delivery of CI services.
Strong admin and coordination skills are needed.
Delivering commitments with good quality and on time.
Uses and maintains learning strategies for personal and professional growth.
Clear communication when providing IT consulting services to internal customers.
Has the required knowledge and expertise to perform required tasks.
Good English communication skills (written and spoken are preferred).
