It Assistant

Job Duties/Responsibility1) Responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems2) Diagnose and resolve hardware/ software faults, hardware maintenance and networking.3) Perform the processing, backup, storage, and retrieval function and execute the disaster recovery plans.4) Finding sources and quotations, purchase and install of new computer network, software and hardware peripherals.5) Configuring hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers or routers, repairing equipment, and providing daily support for computer network6) Responsible for writing reports, tracking inventory, evaluating new technologies7) Negotiating contracts with vendors, and developing contingency plans in case of network failureRequirement**1) Education level**:Possess at least a Diploma in Management of Information Systems/ Computer Science/ Computer System Software/ Information Technology/ Engineering**2) Experience**:Minimum two (2) years working experience in related field.**3) Skill**:a. Ability to approach tasks in a thoughtful and analytical manner especially in the management of information and its systems.b. Strong skill in MIS service and maintenance methodology.c. Possess multi skills and knowledge on hardware, software and networking.d. Proficient in spoken and written English language and Bahasa Malaysia.**4) Training**:No formal training required, but shall be provided as and when necessary.
