Our opportunity
The IT Auditor assists in the execution of audit engagements, including activities such as scope determination, risk analysis and documentation of audit results in line with the relevant Audit Standards, under appropriate supervision and guidance.

Your role
Planning:
• Participate in opening meetings with auditees to explain the scope and objectives of the audit engagement.
• Develop a thorough understanding of processes in scope for assigned audits and document the processes in flowcharts and/or process narratives. Identify and document inherent risks and controls within the processes.
Fieldwork & Documentation:
• Perform audit tests.
• Assist in or perform evaluation of the adequacy of process design and the effectiveness of controls in meeting business and control objectives.
• Identify and document control and process weaknesses and provide evidential support for findings.
• Prepare working papers in accordance with relevant Audit Standards, using Zurich tools.
• Ensure working papers are properly and sufficiently documented to enable review by Audit Managers/ CIA.
• Participate in pre-closing and/or closing meetings with auditees at the end of fieldwork, providing clear explanations for identified issues.
Reporting & Monitoring:
• Track and report on audit status, timelines, potential issues, on a regular and timely basis to audit team and Audit Managers/ CIA.
• Assist in the preparation of a concise and informative audit report to effectively communicate the findings and recommendations to the relevant auditee/ Management.
• Track the implementation of agreed audit actions.

Your Skills and Experience
• Bachelor degree in IS/IT, computer science, economics, business, or degree in finance/accounting, or IT/IS auditor certifications
• Experience in IT/IS audit/ control/ assurance/ security fields for 2-3 years
