Main Accountabilities
• First level support to key and end user.
• Record, follow up, resolve and analyze issues.
• Work closely with vendor consultant to resolve issues.
• Manage change requests by analyzing business and functional requirements.
• Gather gaps and resolve with system or process changes.
• Manage roll out and user acceptance test of new system functions by maintaining best Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities.
• Manage external integration implementation including Warehouse Management System (WHMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business
Intelligent (BI) Projects.
• Monitor progress of assigned engagement to ensure milestone are met.
• Establish communication plan and documentation to project team and stakeholders and and to provide regular project updates and reports.
• To lead and develop SDLC activities.
• Develop issue, case and requests management process.

Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably candidates with experience in retail industry.
• Hands on experience in Application Support and SQL with comprehensive technical knowledge and skill set.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Good analytical problem solving and strategic planning.
• Effective communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership qualities.
