Job Description Responsibilities: Handle retail channel partner management in all segments (IT Channel, notebook and desktop).
To manage rapport between channel partners and distributor.
Retail expansion & market expansion.
Identify key partner management.
Handling IT channel within an assigned region to ensure ASUS IT market and retail expansion.
Ensure retailer is well communicated on all program that is run by ASUS and providing retail support to each tier of retailer.
Analysis of market competitor price movement and propose to management on price positioning.
Channel Execution and retail channels development.
Monitoring partners sell in and sell thru.
Achieve/ exceed sales target.
Keep track on the performance and progress
Expansion business
Recruiting Partners ? Kiosk / Store
Programs / roadshow
Sales & Products Training
Ensure products visibility at all times
Dress up retailer
Merchandisers schedule arrangement
Resolve complaints face by partners
Requirements:
Minimum STPM/Diploma with at least two (2) years of working experience in the related field.
Must possess strong interest and passion in IT products and/or gadgets.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written. Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Display a positive attitude, friendly personality, ability to interact with various groups/levels of people, willing to learn for self-improvement and possess keen attention to detail.
Must be willing to travel. Working location is in Pahang (Kuantan) Malaysia.
