OA
To handle overall IT activities and ensure IT operations are run smoothly.
Perform daily support/operation of the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting of hardware, software, system application, telephone PBX phone system, CCTV, emails, server, printers, backup/recovery and network infrastructure VPN and Servers.?
Responsible in liaison of software licensing, IT equipment purchase and control or settle up network infrastructure accordingly.
Develop and maintain local network in ways that optimize performance.
Responsibilities for IT security, anti-virus monitoring activities.
Periodical back up data of company data file.
Keep track all user?s issue was reported and solve the problem with teamwork.
Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources. Assist in any ad hoc assignment as assigned by superior.
Ability to operate independently, multi-tasking work, cope with highly challenging environment, proactive, punctuality, good attitude and able to work under pressure.?
Work closely with other department/organization for scheduled onsite/offsite support.?
System
Possessing basic knowledge of SAP (Logistic and Warehouse), LMS, concepts and database troubleshooting to support application users.
Managing support ticketing system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.?
Identifying and resolving customers operation, functional or technical issues.?
Ability to support minor customization or new reporting creation.?
Maintaining and updating documents and procedures related.?
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.?
Listening ability and patience.?
Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience.?
SFCS
Position Summary:
Functional and technical contribution in the Shop Floor Control System (SFCS) Department. The person requires a high level of creativity and capable of performing system related function in the following key areas:
i. SFCS Application Supports
ii. Perform Root cause analysis and provide solution to solve issues
iii. DB Troubleshooting, support and management.
iv. New Project execution and? management.
Assist in shop floor software requirements analysis and implementation of changes to existing and/or new modules as well as setup a new production line to support changing business needs.
Develops systems documentation, Prepares technical and user documentation and conducts system training.?
Interface with users, consultants and service providers in resolving application systems related issues. Interface with software application and Hosting provider to resolve technical/system related issues.
Provide guidance and mentoring the junior members in implementing SFCS functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve system problems relating to shop floor and manufacturing system.?
Defining manufacturing process flows and suggestions for performance improvement as related to system capabilities. Help streamline and simplify whenever possible.
Continuous adapt and evaluate the SFCS functionality as it relates to manufacturing plans and programs to accommodate and meet the business needs.?
Job Requirement(s)
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.?
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience with manufacturing environment especially with hands on experience for Shop floor and warehouse system will add advantage.
Required language(s): Bahasa, English, Mandarin (Due to nature of business
Skills of LAN networks, hardware, software & networking, Switches, CCTV, PABX, Access security etc for OA part.?
Skills of read/write SQL command, knowing Oracle procedure, Trigger and DB jobs etc for System and SFCS part.?
SFCS will need familiar with manufacturing/shop floor application system functionality and support function, preferable with SFCS and Warehouse system.
Willing to support night shift for SFCS part.?
