Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Mainly deal with the Products of SHARP and FUJIXEROX Digital Multifunctional System office solutions for Monochrome and Color Multifunction product (MFPs), Network Print, Network Scan, Fax and Document application software.
-Provide operational support and ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the company IT infrastructure.
-Provide daily technical support to company users and able to troubleshoot database and applications problem, including routine backups, database administration
-Deal with outsourcing supplier for system, software and hardware related.
-Maintain company website and social medias.
-Managing and developing existing and new customer database on IT services.
-Understanding the customers businesses and requirements on IT solutions and IT Products; consult IT solutions to cater for customer needs and requirements.
-Hardware and software inventory upkeep.
Requirements:
-Candidate must posses at least Diploma, bachelor Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computing, or equivalent.
-Good communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia/ English/ Mandarin/ Hindi.
-At lease 1 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Full-time position (s) available.
-Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self motivated and hardworking.
