Responsibilities
To troubleshoot software and hardware for PC, laptop and etc.
Knowledge on computer hardware, software, network, wireless and other smart gadgets within the company’s IT infrastructure
To troubleshoot systems and network issues and diagnose IT issues
To provide technical support to end-users
To perform any other duties from time to time as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Willing to learn, hardworking, able to complete task within timeline given
Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team
Self-motivated, flexibility to be on call to support after office hours for critical issues if required
