Job Overview: This role will join the DT Tax & Accounting organization focused on the program and product execution of key domains (Fixed Assets and Indirect Tax). S/he will partner will a multi-disciplinary team to select the appropriate technologies to enable the business processes. S/he will gain management experience through operational rhythms and project finance responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities:
- Partner with technology/vendor providers to deliver solutions in the finance domain
- Responsible for management of projects and vendor team(s) under his/her direction
- Provide insights and recommendations based on strategic and tactical objectives
In this role, you will:
- Manage IT transactional service agreements to ensure that requirements and costs targets are met
- Maintain effective working relationship with business leaders, functional stakeholders, users and partners to integrate DT into overall strategic objectives
- Interact with business stakeholders to help define scope for project requests and program delivery
- Create and follow process to begin new ideations thru project request and delivery.
- Proactively identify, manage, and communicate risks
- Partner with technical, vendor and business resources to effectively deliver and support solutions

- Ability to work and communicate with cross-functional teams to drive execution plans w/ shared outcomes
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
- A minimum of 2 years of experience leading programs and vendor/client relationships in the technology domain
Eligibility Requirements:
- Legal authorization to work in specified location is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job
- Must be willing to travel
Business Acumen:
- Exposure to at least one enterprise resource planning (ERP) package (preferably Oracle 11i or SAP). Data analytics and visualization tools experience a plus
- Strong problem solving and demonstrated analytical skills
- Experienced with agile/iterative project methodology such as Scrum, preferably with experience using agile project management tools such as JIRA or Rally
Leadership:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity
Personal Attributes:
Able to work under minimal supervision, adaptive; agile approach to delivery
Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
