We strive for execution excellence while being direct, humble, collaborative, and inclusive of diverse perspectives.AMD together we advance_**Responsibilities**:**Intern - IT project team****WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO LEARN**:Gain knowledge and experience in:- AI, Machines Learning and Automation- Day-to-day IT operations support.- Creating and maintaining documentation of IT systems and processes.- Working in a team and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.**PROJECT OVERVIEW**:Be part of the Singapore Onsite IT Support team for any IT-related activities, including:- Key Focus: AI, Machines Learning and Automation- Sub-Focus- Supporting walk-in customers- Day-to-day IT operations support such as PC Imaging, software, and hardware installation/troubleshooting.- Implementing automation solutions to improve the existing IT process.- Ensuring security procedures are followed and enforced.- Ad-hoc IT-related activities as and when required.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- AI, Machines Learning and Automation- Supporting walk-in customers and Day-to-day IT operations.- Developing and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and streamline IT processes. This may include writing scripts, designing workflows, and integrating different systems.- Participating in team meetings and collaborating with other departments as needed.- Assisting in the planning and execution of IT projects or activities as and when required.- Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and making suggestions on how to optimize IT operations.**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**:An independent individual who can perform as a team player, with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.**RELEVANT SKILLSETS**:- AI, Machines Learning and Automation related skillsets.- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.- Scripting skills with knowledge of programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, Java, Powerautomate- Knowledge of IT Operations support.- Data modeling and Dashboard creation using PowerBI or other virtualization tools.- Experience in Data Structure, Machine Learning, Neural Computing, Natural Language Processing, and Image Processing- Experience in leveraging predictive models including neural networks, decision trees (DT), support vector machines (SVM), k-nearest neighbors (KNN)**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:- Background in IT or relatedQualifications:- Benefits offered are described: _AMD benefits at a glance.
