What does the role involve?
In your role of the IT Project Manager HRM, you are an integral part of our team of HR IT product owners, business analysts, developers, and HR business counterparts which are located all over the world. You are responsible to determine project scope and objectives, aligning business goals with technology solutions. You plan and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and with the expected quality. You plan and designate project resources, monitor progress, and manage adjustments as needed. You resolve roadblocks and drive project team members to deliver in a high-paced, truly global context. You interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and keep them informed about strategy and progress. You are responsible to drive test- and release management. You utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution, always striving for excellent project performance and business excellence. With this, you contribute to the success of one of Hilti’s group strategic projects and support our engaging and employee-centric people approach.

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; Cumulative Grade Point Average >3.0 or similar grading is a must
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably also in agile frameworks like scrum and with respective management tools (e.g. Jira); test management; product life cycle management
- Experience in people management, inspiring and enabling a team to deliver excellent results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong IT affinity and conceptual capabilities
- HR business process understanding as a plus
- Fluent in English (verbally and written)
