"Overall responsible in the construction, development and maintenance of the Group IT infra-structure inclusive of domain hosting and servers, installing and configuration of the computer system, monitor back-end applications, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person; ensuring that the Group IT infra- structure are in good health.
Main responsibility is support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution. From technical perspective the position requires experience with Windows (configuration, creating accounts, licenses, disk management, resolving problems). Good exposure to Office. He will be responsible for preparing work station for new employee (create account on Outlook and install printer). It would be good if he has experience in Office 365. And, has knowledge of computer construction. See the different between wires and plugins. The most important willingness to work, honesty and 'can do' attitude and problem solver.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To be primarily responsible for performing task – Help Desk Support, system operations Management and Maintenance.
- To assist to look after the overall IT support for all department in the company.
- To create all new staff e-mail accounts and other relevant grouping and deletion of email for
resigned staffs.
- Responsible in housekeeping and recording of all IT assets of the Company and to provide an
updated list to HR from time to time.
- To provide advises, support, purchase, rectify of Computer or replacement parts (CO.
ASSETS), Company phone lines etc.
- To ensure timely backups of data on the servers.
- To do preventive maintenance on all IT products and deal with IT supplier when required.
- To provide monthly reports on Notebook update and Network related update (when required)
- To provide support to others whenever there is breakdown of internet [ to come back to
office/ attend to the issue to resolve it if needed after working hours / during weekend to ensure the internet is up the next working day - smooth internet running is utmost important to business Operations.
- To provide support such as Printer set up, Computer, laptop rectify the malfunction problem. Including removal of pirated software when required.
- To perform any other duties as required by the Management from time to time (administration such as deliver and pick-up of documents

REQUIREMENTS
- Great IT knowledge in dealing with IT system hardware and software support.
- Experience on 3rd Level internal support
- Good organization, interpersonal and communication skills. Candidate need to have good
English proficiency to communicate with our IT support in Poland time to time.
- Must be organized, detail oriented and responsible.
- Willing to come back to office / to resolve issue after working hours due to internet down or
alarm system trigger.
- Able to work as a team, self-motivated and with minimum supervision.
- Preferable candidate with ""handyman"" skills to assist in repairs and fixture in office.

IMPORTANT CRITERIA
- Microsoft Server Setup, Implementation and Support; - Active Directory, DNS, Domain Controller, GPO
- Virtualization implementation – Vmware, vSphere experience in implementation & support
- Ubuntu server implementation (eg. Unix related)
- Networking experience (Network setup, configuration and IP security, VPNs, routers - familiar with networking hardware)
- O365 setup, implementation, configuration and support
- Share point portal implementation, Office security
- Anti-Virus, Domain subscription, AWS (Azure)
- Experience in network or systems design
- Articulate in presentation, meeting update and proposal"
