**LOCATION: KUALA TERENGGANU**We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Executive to join our dynamic team. As an IT Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's IT systems and providing excellent technical support to our clients.**Key Responsibilities**:- The typical day-to-day duties and responsibilities of this role include:- Checking and monitoring computer hardware (including CPU, HDD, RAM, monitor, mouse, keyboards, etc.) to ensure proper functionality.- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and resolving them by repairing or replacing parts, among other tasks.- Maintaining a record of repairs and fixes, as well as a maintenance schedule.- Planning and scheduling of computers upgrades and maintenance activities that do not disrupt the workflow of others.- Carry out Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks according to management requirements, as well as prepare report- Monitor & track all IT equipment and client IP addresses.- Ensure that all computers are free of illegal software and malicious viruses.- Maintain and build positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and management.- Provide simple training/knowledge sharing to end-users on new hardware and software systems when needed.- Collaborate closely with other IT team members to ensure that all systems are secure, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and industry standards.- Responsible for liaising with vendors and suppliers, obtaining quotations, and ensuring timely delivery of products- Undertake additional tasks as and when required by the Management.**Qualification**:- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field- Degree in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with a passion and knowledge in IT is a bonus.- Proven experience as an IT Support Executive or in a similar role. (at least 2 years of working experience)- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Additional knowledge of Active Directory, CCTV, and Microsoft 365 is considered advantageous**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- IT support: 1 year (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Kuala Terengganu (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)Application Deadline: 03/01/2024Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
