Details of the offer

Job Description Requirements Malaysian Thai (Siamese) candidates resides in Malaysia will be prioritized as of RMCO preventing expats coming into the country
Fresh grads are also encouraged
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field or Diploma (at least 5 years of working experience) in the related fields
Preferably experienced candidates as a Technical Support Advisor, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar roles
Required Language: Thai & English?
Excellent communication skills in required language; both written and verbal
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on quality/soft skills
Being a Technology Savvy type of person
Good technical skills in Printer, Computer, and Laptop will be a plus
Basic Skills of Microsoft Office & O365?
Responsibilities
Support customers via Voice and Chat channels
Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
Troubleshooting technical issues
Diagnosing and repairing faults
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they?ve solved a technical issue
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
Provide timely and accurate customer feedback
Following up with customers to ensure the problem is resolved
Ensure all issues are properly logged
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
Prepare accurate and timely reports
