Location: Kuala LumpurResponsibilities:Development, implementation, configuration, support, maintenance and security of IT software and applicationsDesigning and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performanceContributing in all phases of development life-cycleWrite well designed, testable, efficient codeConduct software analysis, programming, testing and debugging Communicate effectively to convey complex ideas verbally and in written form to the business and technical teams Translate business requirements into high-level and detailed functional specificationsRecommend changes to improve established java application processesRequired Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesHands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platformsTechnical knowledge and experience in PL/SQL, SQL, SQL*Plus, TOAD (Technical Developer)Full analytical capability based on a good understanding of technical architecture and query toolsAbility to quickly grasp concepts relating to customizationGood communication and analytical skillsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field or a combination of related experience and educationAt least 2 years of proven working experience in Java developmentExperience in software implementation, requirements gathering, systems analysis and functional design
