Type: Contract Mid May to 31 Aug / Conversion to Full-Time Department: Operation Location: Office : The Traveller Malaysia Office in PJ, alterating project office in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur Job Responsibilities 1. Client servicing : Meeting with clients and work with clients and team members to organize physical or e-conferences and e-exhibitions. 2. Planners : Planning, organising and administrative skills is required to ensure a successful event and conference. Daily routine task of updates on the CMS system, co-ordinating between departments and clients, reporting (excel and ppt) and meticulous follow ups. 3. Communication skills - Open to multiple team dynamics as the job requires different reporting internally and externally with the client. Proficiency in English both written and spoken is a must. 4. Digital adaptation : Have dabbled in using digital marketing tools - CMS ( eg Wordpress, Squarespace, Groove Funnel or e-commerce system) . Ability to adopt to new organisational tools within the company or based on clients requirement.
Requirements • Possess minimum Bachelors Degree • Must be able to read, write and conversant in English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus point) • Adaptability and flexibility – the changes in this industry is fairly quick. • Must be comfortable working with short deadlines, long hours (sometimes weekends and public holidays )/ • Must be a competent computer user ( Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Google Suite ) • Will be of a great asset if have some HTML, CSS basics • Those that have digital marketing / secretarial / events background is also encouraged
