Job Descriptions Create new pastry menus and fix recipes to meet business demands in our outlet. 1. Assist in the daily production and service of food according to the requirements set by The Chef; 2. Prepare all ingredients and other items for cooking according to recipes/menu; 3. Ensure consistent production of food and deliver quality culinary service; 4. Monitor stock level of food and inform Chef about the balance of ingredients; 5. Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices; 6. Undertake any other duties and tasks as assigned by Chef. Job Requirements i. 1-2 Years' Industry Experience in Pastry Section ii. Formal Education in Baking or Pastry at Diploma Level or Higher iii. Knowledge and Skills in Baking especially Cakes, Pastries, Chocolate and Desserts iv. Skills in Fondant Making, Sugar craft, Cake Decorating will be an AdvantageA small café and delightful bakery with a cozy ambience.
