Junior Executive, Inventory Controller

1. Plans and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labelling and delivery of product packs and meals. 2. Coordinate team to prepare products packs until delivery to the assigned location. 3. Complete purchase requisition forms for inventory and supplies. 4. Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable or incorrect items. 5. Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of catering. 6. Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs 7. Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs. 8. Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly. 9. Responsible to verily all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received. 10. File in the tracking of order packs and meals of clients. 11. To assist in payment for supplier, where necessary assigned by finance department. 12. Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean and tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations. 13.
