Junior Executive, Merchandising

Job Scope:Planning and developing strategy to enable company to sell a range of products that delivers sales and profit target.Job Description:- Implement product plan ranges/quantity accordingly on category.- Implement review of past ranges, competitors, future product and cultural trends.- Implement comprehensive analysis of sales figures - reporting growth, gaps, and change in markets.- Implement promotional activities for cover all sales channel and collaborate with Merchandiser SK.- Develop product database by maintaining correct info (price, cost)- Develop clear product description that will help marketing to market product.- To ensure the stock level is sufficient based on sales target.- Other tasks / initiatives assigned by management from time to time.Requirement:- Diploma / Degree in fashion design or other related field.- Preferably with at least 3 years experience in fashion or similar retail industry.- At least 2-3 years of experience related to merchandising/project management/pricing strategySchedule:- Monday to Friday
