Job DescriptionJunior Managers Program is a program designed to groom potential future management staff who are able to contribute to the success of the company.
This is an 18 to 24 months program where you will be assigned to different functions within the organization or complete required assignments in your functional area, which could include one assignment abroad.
This will give you the breadth of experience and exposure to help you move into a management role in the mid to long term within the assigned division.

• Systematically develop your leadership and decision-making skills through multifaceted involvement in projects as well as in day-to-day business;
• Benefit from the in-depth guidance of an experienced mentor and senior executives, including regular feedback; and
• Gain international experience during an assignment abroad.
Qualifications• Masters Degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management;
• At least 2 years of professional working experience preferably in MNC environment;
• Experience in business processes in supply chain;
• Self-driven and possess leadership skills in leading a team;
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Mature, dynamic, flexible, resourceful, team leader, independent, persistent, committed, willingness to learn, result-oriented;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office like MS Excel/ PowerPoint and an aptitude for figures;
• Proficient in English and Malay languages both in writing and oral; and
• Willingness to travel abroad for short-term assignments.
