JOB TYPE:
1-year Renewable contract
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the full onboarding cycle for contractors - identify, source, screen and offer candidates based on skill requirements from Capability Directors and hiring managers.
Execute approved processes according to standard methods to ensure deliverables are completed as required in a timely manner.
Maintain business and industry knowledge to guide projects in strategic delivery decisions.
Conduct weekly checkpoints with various projects and stakeholders on the status of recruitment activities.
Oversee the compliance process of onboarding contractors (locals and expats); including NDA, BGC, and other onboarding documents.
Monitor EP updates from vendors to ensure resources are onboarded in a timely manner.
Manage the renewal and extension process for the contractor lifecycle.
Address issues and escalations pertaining to contractors.
Manage the performance of vendors to ensure that service delivery and process requirements are being met.
Conduct continuous benchmarking to identify leading practices and measure service performance of existing vendors against appropriate external standards.
Perform supplier and market risk analysis.
Negotiate contracts to achieve the most beneficial commercial agreements with suppliers in line with the business strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 1 year of Technology Recruiting experience.
Aggressive, high-energy, driven, and resilient recruiter with a can-do, down-to-earth attitude; willing to learn.
Meticulous and detail-oriented.
Compassionate and consultative mindset to support the recruitment process and stakeholder management.
Cooperative and collaborative behavior to work with various teams.
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and an ever-changing environment.
Ability to work within a diverse team environment.
Fluent in Malay and English to interact with counterparts.
