We are looking for a motivated, diligent, and highly organized Junior Social Media Executive with a passion for social media to join our content and strategy team at BLWN. As a Junior Social Media Executive, you will assist in managing our client's social media platforms. You will support the creation of engaging content for various social media pages, monitor user engagement, and analyze feedback. Additionally, you will assist in reporting campaign success, researching competitors, and analyzing social media trends to improve social media presence and campaign effectiveness.
-Support the strategy, execution, and analysis of clients' and internal social media marketing initiatives, focusing on expanding brand awareness, customer loyalty, and conversions.
-Assist in the development of our client's social properties, supporting the brand voice, and helping to define goals and objectives for specific social media platforms.
-Help execute social media campaigns, manage the social media advertising budget, oversee the social media content calendar, and liaise with paid influencer partners.
-Prepare reports summarizing campaigns as well as monthly social media content performance, audience engagement, and advertising efforts. Identify opportunities to make social media campaigns more efficient and effective.
-Coordinate with different departments to curate social media output.

; Requirements:-
-Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
-1 to 2 years proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Social Media Assistant, or a similar position.
-Strong knowledge and confident use of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn).
-Excellent organization skills, including time management. Able to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.
-Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to spot grammatical or spelling errors easily, and takes pride in the quality of their written work.
-Excellent written skills for creating engaging social media copy.
-Strong computer skills (Google Suite preferred). Video-editing skills are an advantage.
-Analytical thinker, capable of learning fast and quickly adapting to new tools and platforms.
-Experience with influencer relations/campaign management is an advantage.
