Global Business Services
GBS is an international cross-function unit with three elements: Regions(customer-facing organizations), Business Lines (responsible for productportfolio and development) and Global Operations with six delivery centers(responsible for the delivery of services). GBS in Malaysia hosts the deliverycenter under the global operations and the region function for Asia andAustralia. It provides Accounting and Finance Services, Human ResourceServices, Supply Chain Management Services and several regional expertise-basedservices to Siemens and Non-Siemens Companies worldwide.

What are the job descriptions?
You will beresponsible for performing AR, Cash & Bank and GL transaction like customerallocation, bank reconciliation and GL journal voucher postings Achieve agreedupon customer service levels and performance metrics associated with AR,Cash & Bank and GL transaction To ensure properAccounting and Controls are performed for processing activity by following allestablished policies and procedures Handle criticalqueries and provide accurate information to country and managers. Preparation andforwarding all reports relating to the particular entities before thedeadlines. Identify andimplement process improvements and best practice initiatives.
What do I need to qualify for the role?
Possess Bachelor'sDegree in Accountancy or Finance Have minimum 2 -4years of working experience in GL and C & B Well- versed in AccountingKnowledge, understanding of R2R process and its various controls Proficiency in MSOffice packages like Word, Excel and Powerpoint Good knowledge inERP system like SAP Someone whothrives in an international environment and possess excellent communication andEnglish skills both orally and in writing Follow USA /Mexico time zone and working days
