• Membantu Inventory dan dalam hal Admin & bertanggungjawab memberi service yang terbaik kepada pelanggan.
• Melicinkan urusan-urusan pejabat.
• Menyediakan dan menyerahkan laporan mengikut masa yang ditetapkan
• Membantu menyelesaikan kuiri pelanggan
Antara Skop Kerja yg lain :
1. Masukkan data pelanggan di dalam sistem penghantaran
2. Membuat pembungkusan produk/ Packing Parcel
3. Handle inquiries tentang tracking number, postage status daripada Sales Team HQ dan Premium Reseller
4. Handle customer inquiries tentang product secara online
5. After sales service.
