1) Ensure detailed and ambitious plans are in place to achieve winning goals (market leadership, market share growth and subscriber share growth) for the Area assigned
2) Ensure competitiveness of channel through raising of operating standards and store productivity, including channel expansion and dealership purification to meet and exceed established sales goals
3) To be the Leader of Dealers - through intensive business strategy led engagements and formulation of action plans to achieve agreed short and mid-term goals.
4) To advise dealers on their business operations through gaps identification, local area competitiveness analysis, business guidance and advise on What’s Next
5) To guide dealers in formulating effective & efficient sales campaigns by executing business reviews and implementation of plans on a regular basis.
6)Build market position in the assigned area by identifying potential business deals and closing relationship with existing and new dealers
7)To be accountable for the incremental revenue growth of key segments such as mobile & fixed solutions (Consumer postpaid, Fibre, Enterprise)
8) Defining market, competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
9) Create sales opportunities and procedures designed to increase and improve conversion rates and sales
10) Maintain high levels of dealer satisfaction tracked through NPS
