Job Description

Your contribution to something big!

- Define and implement growth strategy in each segment by customer & by products for CWW (special customers, CFH (off highway) and OES (equipment supplier)
- Responsible for monthly overview of Performance Indicators (ie: Turnover, Profitability, Personnel calculation Rules, Collective Agreement Provision) & reporting to stakeholders.
- Drive customer acquisitions of new business in each segment & maintain bond with existing key accounts.
- Analyze and evaluate sales trends, market performance, penetration & distribution in each segment.
- Interface with cross-functional teams. I.e: Customer service, product managers to drive customer experience.
- Conduct account management, such as developing & executing account plan based on Customer Trade Agreement, monitor customer’s visit & presentation of Bosch product range.
- Tracking & monitoring sales performance, orders on hand & daily operations based on customer requirements (i.e: Prepare submit quotations, sales forecast & backorder reports)
- Drive & coordinate new business development for Customer Acquisition Projects such as gathering information and identifying leads from relevant market study
- Contribute to worldwide & regional initiative concerning studying new channel or introduction of new product by adding valued information related to his/her area
- Obtaining new business leads, competitor information and market trend knowledge by participating in relevant fairs & exhibitions and engaging in cross selling activities (to generate new potential leads)

Qualifications

What Bosch Malaysia is looking for!

- Degree holder of Mechanical/Industrial/ Electronic Engineering, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5-8 years of professional experience in the field of Sales & Marketing.
- Account management experience is a must.
- Knowledge in channeling business which leads to research method and validation
- Added advantage if:
- Technical competence along with commercial experience
- International exposure

- Self-motivated individual on delivering results
- Good team player, collaborate well with associates & staff of all levels
- Strong ability in problem solving, logical thinking & negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English. Additional language such as Chinese is preferred.
- Requires mobility to travel within Malaysia
