1- Achieve sales target in line with organization Business Plan
2- All accounts - business development & market penetration with service (incl Conti360) & solution packages (understanding gaps and propose solutions to customers).
3- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure new activities/projects supporting the overall sales and strategies
4- Build and maintain professional rapports with all customers; to present Continental as the Service & Solutions Provider
5- Manage customers' order and ensure customer satisfaction.

1- ensure their capability to provide basic technical training and consultation to customers and first level of complaints handling.
2- support trade marketing and sales action execution.
3- execute roll out of IT system (COC, OCH…) to customers.
4- support for BI activities (market info, competition activities, etc.)
5- participate in necessary trade events.

1- Value selling; prepare customised business case (with controlling) that generate value; Interface with Fleet owners and Decision makers
2- Conduct deep business analysis covering scrapped yard analysis, CPC value creation, inculcate lifecycle concept, value add services (PPMo, advance technical training), professional business proposition and corporate presentation to fleets customers.
3- Capability to execution and strong team management.
4- Capability to execute Total Tyre Management
5- Full management and control of breakdown services.
• Bachelor degree or Diploma in Sales / Marketing, engineering
• 3-5 years experience in Automotive Industry specializing technical sales is prefered
• Able to provide technical service to internal and external customers and business partners
• Experience working in multicultural teams, able to travel on business trips
