Our platform offers marketplace sellers all the necessary information and tools to increase sales, including dynamic pricing, identification of prospective niches and categories, automated procurement and delivery planning, and generative AI features.
With a single interface, sellers can access statistics, analytics, and financial indicators from different marketplaces.
Our HQ is located in Kuala Lumpur.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an IT Sales Executive at MyPulse.
The IT Sales Executive will be responsible for sales, communicating with potential clients, and account management.
Our office is located in the KLCC area, Kuala Lumpur, but some work-from-home is acceptable.
Your responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and emails, and respond to questions.
Cold calling to our potential clients
Provide our clients with demonstrational onboarding sessions with MyPulse solutions
Contribute to sales quota by following up with potential leads, number of onboarding sessions and closed deals.
Attend fairs and roadshows when necessary
Run reports in CRM
What we are looking for:
IT Sales and Account Management skills
Experience in Sales for at least 2 years
Tech-savvy
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the marketplace industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
