We are on a look out for a candidate who has experience in contract management to lead tender process for our Key Account Management team.Job responsibilities include:Tender and Contract ManagementLead tender coordination process, managing and compilation of tender documentation.Understanding requirements and translating them into the drafted contractual provisions from pre to post sales.Bridge between Key Account Department and Legal team to ensure that the terms of contractual agreements written in language that is legally binding and in accordance with the requirements from customers.Act as contract owner on behalf of Head of Department and maintaining contractual records. Stakeholder management and ComplianceStrong collaboration with different departments and divisions to establish alignments. Close loop relationship with Legal departments to ensure all the legal technicality terms fully comply with company defined practices and procedures. Establish governance framework and provides appropriate solutions to mitigate any potential risksYour merits:Preferably 10 years of experience in tender/ contract managementAdded advantage if someone have experience in tender management for technology solutionsComfortable working as part of a multidimensional teamExemplify a strong attention to detailsPrevious experience working with contract regulations the related laws is strongly preferredMust possess excellent written and oral communication skillsStrong stakeholder management skills.
