Kitchen Assistant

MALAYSIANS ONLY.- Able to work shifts.- Assist in the preparation and cooking.- Ensure the efficient and timely production of assigned menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas.- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the safety and quality of food products.- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness of ingredients.- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.- Participate in training sessions and skill development activities to enhance culinary knowledge and skills.- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.- Assist in the preparation of mise en place and other pre-cooking tasks as assigned.- Support the Chef and other senior kitchen staff in daily operations as required.- Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic while striving for excellence in culinary execution.*Benefits*: EPF | SOCSO | MEAL PROVIDED | FREE PARKING |**Required language**:- Bahasa Melayu- English**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Parental leaveSchedule:- Rotational shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Seremban 2: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Server: 1 year (preferred)
