Responsibility:
-Maintain clealiness for kitchen area, food preparation area, food storage area, restaurant equipment and utensils.
-Prepare, serve and package all food products according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
-Maintain sufficient food stock and products at line station to ensure smooth operations.
-Assist other team members during food preparation process to ensure the team meets the daily deadline given by Managers.
-Uphold a high level of hygience and consistency during food preparation are as according to standards.
