Kitchen Store Supervisor

Position: Kitchen Store Supervisor.
Job location: Taman Nirwana, Ampang Jaya, Selangor.
Our client in the food services industry is seeking to appoint a Kitchen Store Supervisor to be based at their business operations center at Taman Nirwana area in Ampang Jaya.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for the operations and functions of the store-room/cool-room.
Manage the stock ordering,receiving and management of dry food foods and cool-room items.
Manage the daily incoming food orders,preparation, collection and delivery arrangements.
Responsible for store cleanliness and housekeeping.
Handle and maintain an efficient distribution system to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and health and food safety.
Supervise activities of subordinates.
Manage and check all incoming goods which shall be in the correct quantity,proper packing without leakage.
Responsible for monitoring stock records.
Requirements
Malaysian male or female.
Possess minimum SPM/UEC or Diploma qualification.
At least one year of work experience in similar role in F&B or food services industry.
Proficient in English, BM and Mandarin.
Able to start immediately or with short notice.
Be flexible with working hours; willing to work in shifts which will include weekends.
