The JobAs a customer support executive for this client, your duties include answering phone calls and e-mails from customers regarding general inquiries, comments, feedback, and issues related to the company's service.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Resolving product and service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
Providing guidance for inquiries about using the app or web page.
Communicating inquiries from service providers and customers
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Your QualificationsYou speak and write Korean at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must.
You have a basic understanding of computer handling skills and excellent multitasking skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills with good interpersonal relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties, and tasks, along with excellent communication skills to express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
