Responsibilities
• Obtain raw material samples from external warehouses• Perform physical testing based on established methods• Conduct daily calibration of equipment• Prepare chemical solutions as per working instructions• Execute tests and inspections following standard procedures• Implement and uphold HACCP, Quality Control, and Good Laboratory Practices• Maintain meticulous record-keeping• Manage related documentation• Provide support for quality issues and investigations• Participate in investigations related to product and raw material quality
Requirements
• Diploma in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management, Engineering (Industrial), or equivalent• SPM (science stream) with at least 2 years' experience in a manufacturing/lab environment will also be considered• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing environment• Computer literate with good communication skills• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Malay• Ability to work in a shift-based schedule• Quality Control, Documentation, physical testing, Manufacturing, Investigations, Data Entry, HACCP
