Landscape Architect Assistant

- Concept to Technical Drawings: Under minimal supervision from senior landscape architects, translate conceptual landscape designs into detailed technical drawings.
- Drawing Preparation: Assist in the preparation of various drawings, including authorities' submission drawings, coordination drawings, tender drawings, contract drawings, and any site coordination drawings as necessary.
- Site Coordination: Attend site visits and coordination meetings, ensuring a deep understanding of site progress and technical drawings. Be able to handle basic site-related issues effectively.
- Project Management Support: Collaborate with senior landscape architects to support project management tasks, including administering tender documents, managing contracts, documenting meeting minutes, and maintaining project documentation throughout the construction phase.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or an equivalent field.
- Ideally, 1-2 years or more of related working experience in Landscape Architecture. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong design sense and creative thinking.
- Responsible, presentable, committed, and self-motivated.
- Valid driver's license.
