To assist Assistant Landscape Manager in planning and implementing landscape projects.
To monitor landscape maintenance works of the designated landscape areas.
To supervise the in-house landscape maintenance, upkeeping, and cleanliness of the external mall's area and landscape-related areas.
Site supervision for the general workers to perform the task of landscape maintenance works such as soil loosening, weeding, trimming, fertilizing, pesticides, and watering works.
To supervise and ensure the beautification of lawn and landscape area in good condition and upkeeping.
To monitor worker safety during maintenance work by organizing the planning and coordination of landscaping work on site.
Oversee all landscaping duties within the scope of the external mall such as Central Park, 1UP external landscape, New Wing Open Car Park, Central Park Avenue, Lebuh Bandar Utama, Dataran Bandar Utama, Freeway 1, Underneath Freeway 1, Under MRT track 1UE, 1UE roadside, 1UE service road, and any related landscape area.
Monitor the upkeep of materials and company resources on site, and ensure that company's vehicles, machinery, tools, and equipment are properly handled and well maintained.
Assist in mall festivals decoration as requested by management.
Monitor field work to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.
Monitor and record workers' attendance.
