KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide independent assurance that Asset Integrity is managed and complies with all statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements.
Act as Petrofac Malaysia's Subject Matter Expert on Asset Integrity, covering Design Integrity, Technical Integrity, and Operating Integrity.
Manage statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements on Asset Integrity.
Localise Petrofac Group's Asset Integrity Standards into Petrofac Malaysia's procedures.
Design and lead Petrofac Malaysia's Asset Integrity Assurance Plans, including internal audits.
Lead internal Asset Integrity-related assurance audits/reviews.
Lead or participate in risk assessment workshops.
Review and manage Asset Integrity-related KPIs.
Participate in Process Hazard Analysis and Formal Safety Assessments.
Lead asset's periodic Safety Case Reviews.
Act as the focal person between Petrofac Malaysia and external stakeholders regarding Asset Integrity-related audits.
Lead or participate in incident investigations.
Assist Head of Departments in identifying areas for improvement in HSE plans.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
A minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, with at least 5 years in the upstream sector.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing asset integrity of oil & gas facilities.
A Bachelor's degree from a recognised university in Engineering or a similar discipline.
Offshore Medical and Survival certificates.
Certified Functional Safety Engineer (preferred).
Experience in managing Major Accident Hazard (MAH) of operating facilities.
Implementation of Asset Integrity Management requirements from International Codes and Standards and PETRONAS guidelines.
Lead risk assessment workshops and conduct formal reviews of Safety Assessments.
Preferred experience in Operations & Maintenance or Asset Integrity Management teams.
Knowledge in EPCC and drilling phases of an asset.
Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).#J-18808-Ljbffr
