The Job

You will be responsible for :

- Designing, developing, testing and deploying robust applications that are efficient and scalable.
- Working with responsive designs and handling server-side programming.
- Establishing, refining and integrating development environment tools and software as required.
- Developing and deploying microservices.
- Addressing latency issues and fine tuning implementation.
- Building low latency solutions and quickly debugging issues.

The Profile

- You have at least 6 years experience in software engineering roles, with a minimum of 4 years in Fullstack Development and at least 1 year leading teams or junior professionals.
- Expertise in MEAN stack is required.
- Proven track record of delivering an application or project end-to-end in capacity of a team lead would be highly valuable.
- You have experience with server management and have worked with cloud solutions like AWS or Azure.
- You have also worked with frameworks like SpringMVC / Hibernate / Khafka etc.
- You possess strong analytical skills and you are an amazing team player.
- You can build and lead high performing teams and have the ability to deliver critical projects within timelines.
