Leasing Executive

Responsibilities:- 1. Prepare and maintain tenancy agreements, management reports and assist in rental collection. 2. Build, manage and maintain good relationship with tenants 3. Responds to and follows up on leasing enquiries, tenancy agreement submission and etc. 4. To liaise with tenants and solicitors on issues with regards to the preparation and administration of tenancy agreements and documents. 5. Liaise closely with interSeri Pajam Group is a well-established group of companies involved in with core business in Property Development, Construction, Manufacturing and Trading.
