We are seeking aLegal Adminto join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage general office duties, including responding to emails, handling correspondence, answering phone calls, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
Arrange outgoing mail and document deliveries via dispatch or courier services.
Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
Support administrative functions such as data entry, filing, report preparation, and document organization.
Assist lawyers and partners with legal administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification.
Experience:Preferably at least 1 year in a legal or administrative support role;fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Availability:Able to start immediately or on short notice.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive and detail-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in English and Malay (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).
