Job Description:
Positions Available:Litigation Associate
- To handle civil litigation matters
- To attend to the client(s) and other legal work assigned by the Firm from time to time.
Conveyancing Clerk (With/Without Experience)
- Good remuneration.
Candidates with both retail and commercial banking experience will have an advantage.
- Responsible for liaising with clients, bankers/agents, developers, and various government departments.
- To handle subsales, developer projects, loans (including company loans), discharge of charge, perfection transfer and charge, and other conveyancing matters.
- Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing status reports, and other work assigned by the Firm from time to time.
Litigation Clerk (With/Without Experience)
- Responsible for liaising with clients and various government departments.
- Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing status reports, and other work assigned by the Firm from time to time.
General Clerk/Typist
- Maintain proper administration of files and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing related documents.
- Attend to other legal and administrative work assigned by the Firm from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Litigation Associate
- Min 2 years experience
- Able to work independently.
Conveyancing Clerk
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Able to handle subsales, developer projects, loans (including company loans), discharge of charge, perfection transfer and charge, and other conveyancing matters.
- Able to work as a team and proactive.
Litigation Clerk
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Good work discipline/team player
- Good communication skills
- Able to work as a team and proactive.
General Clerk/Typist
- Work with minimal supervision and well-organised.
- Must be responsible, willing to learn and take on new tasks.
