Legal Counsel

-Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of commercial and other day to day contracts-Advising on various legal, regulatory and corporate secretarial matters-Management of dispute resolution and debt recovery matters-Implementation of policies and processes for legal risk management -Conducting of Legal related training and other education for legal risk awareness
-Malaysia qualified lawyer with around 8 years post-qualification experience, preferably with in-house experience-Strong experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial documents and general legal advisory work.-Independent, resourceful, pro-active and good commercial mind-Strong organisational, negotiation, communications and interpersonal skills-Proficiency in MS Office applications-Good command of English and Bahasa (Spoken and Written)
